How Pastors Now Serve the Lord
Experiencing God’s love in the life of a pastor is not a chance by itself. Nor should it be. All people who call themselves Pastors are called to walk in love toward God and all people God’s creation. Since none of us are perfect, God calls us to strive to the high standard He has set. One of the best things you can do to glorify God is to love people.
Many people confuse giving to God with giving to a church. Although it might be God’s will to get the hearts of the people to a church, church giving should never be confused with giving to God. When we lay our hands on the sick or pray for the sick, it should be done with a heart of love and not with a heart to get our own personal wants met.
If the other side gets their needs met, then great, but if they do not get their needs met, it is not given to God. To give to God outside of the church is to look to your own self to get your needs met. Only God has the right to that kind of love.
Many pastors leaders in the house of God have not yet looked into the mirror to see what God looking at. There are some pastors that when God wants them to give to Him, they send the checks through the bank as if it is a corporation. They think there is nothing wrong with it. The problem is that the funds intended for the building, staff, and ministry are used for selfish purposes of self-glorification. When people call the pastors, the pastors give them the title of Pastor and in doing so they error in their message.
When people think they have appointed their own pastors, they are incorrect. The one called to be the pastor is always to be submitted to the will of the Lord. He answered the desire of His heart to share His power and has authority to exalt His kingdom across the earth. It is not wisdom on His part, but plain foolishness to think that He has the ability to choose and choose the type of ministry that will be effective in attracting the very people He was ordained to minister to.
He has the greatest responsibility. He is to be the pastor, a leader that is an embodiment of Christ. The ability to demonstrate the love of Christ for humanity is proof that the power of submission is still working.

The church has the heart of the infant Baptist, and the infant Baptist has the heart of the mature Baptist. But the apostles are not mature enough to exercise the authority of the apostle’s office without the confirmation and authority of the apostle.
Understand Romans 12:5. As unrighteous believers, members of Christ’s church, we ought to pray. Our unrighteousness is not in our prayers, but in the conditions, we continue to pray for. We are to pray for the conversion of the whole world. This is basically means, we are to pray for the complete restoration of the church, that all men and women in the church will experience the preaching of the Gospel and the operation of the powers of the Holy Spirit in their individual lives.
The Lutherans in exercise the gifts and calling of God, before they act, they ought to pray. Let us understand the power of conversion.
