Book of Common Prayer
My Mentor says to practice mixing first the Book of Common Prayer than the Book of Prayer, so I guess I should start with the Common Prayer book. As well, my last scripture stated “Jesus pants for us to enter into the very throne of God.” So that should make us think of the Psalms.
The Psalms are so amazing, and so can the common prayer. Let me share with you my daily routine with the Psalms.
First, I have a moment of silence in the morning. Before I get out of bed, I read the first Psalm, and after catching my morning smoke, I read the second Psalm. Both are equally important. I then pray followed by briefly thinking about the whole Bible.
Then, if need be, I use one verse or the other as a wrap up to my morning meditation or brief prayer in the afternoon. Or, if studying alone, I read a Psalm before going to sleep at night.

- The Book of Common Prayer
This is my default Bible study, all the rest goes into the closet, unseen. I have not found a better book anywhere that begins with the same first line, “I can’t do all things,” than the Bible itself.
This is a daily prayer book. After all the covers are prayed over, it is opened, the first page of the book is read, and then the covers are laid again.
There are no Makes, no Paul, no James, no John, no James, no Katherine, no Dianetics, etc., but only the One True God and His Son, Jesus. Therefore, it is the best Bible to base your life on, and the prayer is better when done alone, without talking with anyone.
I pray the Prayer of St.Francis when I am doing my morning reading.
“Lord Jesus, Son of God, have mercy on me, the whole of my life.”
It is not necessary to pray this prayer before you begin, but it is necessary to say it at the end or during the Council when things have heated up.
- The Book of Predestination
I Like this one! This is another that I read just before praying the Prayer of St. Francis. This prayer is praying God’s favor in every area of my life.
I sometimes make a mental note of the areas in my life in which I wish you would find favor, God’s favor. Then I put it somewhere obvious, like besides my computer, so that it will not be stolen, and so that others will not corrupt my thinking.
Then, I pray a prayer asking God to strengthen those places. After I have prayed this prayer, I conclude the rest of the Book and let it go.
- The Book of Payne
This is a prayer I once said three times, “Lord, lend me your mercy, money, talents.”
This is praying God’s mercy on a specific need or area in my life, and the reasoning for the prayer.
- The Book of Prosperity’s Seven Gifts
There are the seven gifts from God’s spirit, Reason, Creativity, Conformity, Forgiveness, Patient finish, Forgiving, and Patience. It is the areas in my life that have become corrupt, which I have prayed to God to cleanse from sin.
I hope that I have given the reader something they can stick in their Prayers to God, to the ends of their Bible study, or to their practical life. What are you saying about these powerful Scriptural prayers?
